WARRANTY
Peekapoo Zone Puppies offers a one-year warranty that begins the moment when you send your deposit. The warranty only covers genetic problems. In order to be eligible for warranty you must show documents from a certified veterinarian. We will consult our vet and if it's confirmed that the problem is genetic, we will pay the treatment up to the amount that you paid for the puppy, or you have the option to bring it to us and wait to choose a different one.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve a puppy and it is not refundable.
We work with PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, and Square. Each have their own transaction fees of about 3.5%. For more information go to our payments page.
Note: Paying in cash is the best option due to the fact there are no fees involved.
Peekapoo Zone Puppies understands that finding you right puppy can be hard sometimes, although your refund isn't refundable it can be carried on to the next littler until you find the puppy of your desire. If your plans change and you cannot continue the process, you can use that money later when you are ready towards another puppy. There is also the option of passing your deposit to a family member or friend.
Note: The deposit does not expire and can be kept for long periods of time all we ask is that you keep proof so the deposit stay valid.
WAITING LIST
To be added in the waiting list you need to send your deposit first. Once the puppies are born we will call the families in the order in they sent their deposit. If the puppy that your looking for is not born, we can put your name down in the waiting list for the next litter or for certain situations you can request a refund.
Once the puppies are born you must decide which one you want to put on hold. We will send you a video every Saturday or Sunday for 8 weeks. We can extend the date for you to pick up your puppy. For us to house the puppy past the extended date the puppy will need to be paid in full. Depending on how many more days you need, we will add a charge of $10.00 per day.
Some families ask for extra videos and photos during the week, we can do it for an additional cost of $ 10.00 per video and $ 10.00 for a set of 3 photos.
DELIVERY
We will drive up to 200 miles for $2.25 each to deliver your puppy, the meet up has to be in a public place and you must pay the fee in advance.
For out of state can fly with your puppy in the cabin to your nearest airport (as us for fees). You can also fly to Houston TX, Dallas TX, or Shreveport LA and meet you their when you land ( fees apply).
The last option would be to hire Citizenshipper.com to deliver your puppy by land or by cabin in a commercial flight like we do.
If you use CitizenShipper.com we need the flight information 15 days before to have enough time to obtain the health certificate from our vet. They can deliver them either by vehicle or airplane in a commercial flight. Peekapoo's can only be transported in a cabin due to their flat face, Because we are two and a half hours away from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport, we charge $445.00 to bring the puppy to the airport. The health certificate that your puppy needs to travel its included.
Note: The cost of delivery for citizenship has to be paid one day prior. For our own delivery, fees must be paid when you choose how to bring your puppy home.
NEUTER/SPAYING CONTRACT
Our puppies are intended for pets, you should consult your vet and make an appointment to Neuter/Spaying. It is also your responsibility to take your puppy to the vet within the next 72 hours to confirm that your puppy is healthy.
The puppy owner agrees to operate the puppy to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
Once Peekapoo Zone Puppies sees proof that the puppy has been Neutered/Spayed, we will mail your registration. When you pick up your puppy, Peekapoo Zone Puppies will give you the Neutering/Spaying contract for you to sign.
Our intention is to help the descendants of our puppies not end up in animal shelters, abandoned, or given to the first family out of negligence.
ALLERGIES
Peekapoo dogs are considered hypoallergenic due to their low shade, but there are specific cases in when people misunderstand or do their research. Before you start the process be sure you are not one of those people. That way we will all save money and time.
REHOMING FEES
If for some reason you need to return your puppy, we are happy to help you find a new home for the puppy. You are responsible for bringing it to us. In some occasions we can drive to your location on specific miles set on the delivery section.
